ABORIGINAL HEALTH & WELLBEING
Integrated Team Care Program (ITC)
Support for clients with chronic disease to link them to the support they need to better manage their health

Mental Health, Wellbeing & Resilience Program
This community engagement program is designed to support the physical and psychological health of Aboriginal communities in the Wheatbelt region.

PARENTS, CARERS & FAMILIES
Amity Health Kids Hub Merredin
For parents and/or carers of children aged 0-4 years, living in Merredin and surrounds. The Kids Hub provides a weekly playgroup to nurture the growth of children, and provide support and helpful parenting tips to parents and carers.

For families with children from 0 - 11 years old, providing weekly playgroups and parenting support to improve families wellbeing and child development.
